The rental period begins on the agreed start date and time and concludes on the agreed return date and time as specified in the rental agreement.

Ace Xclusive Concierge Terms and Conditions
1. Rental Period:
2. Driver's License and Age Requirements:
The renter and any additional drivers must possess a valid driver’s license and meet the minimum age requirement set by Ace Xclusive Concierge.
3. Payment and Security Deposit:
The renter agrees to pay the rental fee and any additional charges incurred during the rental period. A security deposit will be required and will be refunded upon satisfactory return of the vehicle.
4. Use of Vehicle:
The vehicle is to be used solely by the renter and any authorized additional drivers listed in the rental agreement. Subletting or using the vehicle for illegal activities is strictly prohibited.
5. Prohibited Activities:
Smoking, transporting pets (unless otherwise agreed), off-road driving, and exceeding the maximum passenger capacity are strictly prohibited.
6. Maintenance and Repairs:
The renter is responsible for maintaining appropriate levels of engine oil, coolant, and tire pressure. Any necessary repairs or maintenance must be reported to Ace Xclusive Concierge promptly.
7. Accidents and Damages:
In the event of an accident or damage to the vehicle, the renter must promptly notify Ace Xclusive Concierge and follow the provided instructions.
8. Insurance and Liability:
Ace Xclusive Concierge provides basic insurance coverage. Additional coverage options are available. The renter is liable for any damages not covered by insurance.
9. Fuel Policy:
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank. A refueling charge will apply if the tank is not returned full.
10. Late Returns:
A late return fee will be applied if the vehicle is not returned on the agreed-upon date and time. This fee is charged for each hour or part thereof.
11. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation fees may apply if the reservation is cancelled within a certain timeframe prior to the scheduled rental start time.
12. Additional Charges:
Additional charges may apply for services such as additional drivers, equipment rentals, tolls, and fines incurred during the rental period.
13. Termination of Agreement:
Ace Xclusive Concierge reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement if the renter breaches any of the terms and conditions.
14. Jurisdiction:
This agreement is governed by the laws of South Africa, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
15. Modification of Terms:
Ace Xclusive Concierge reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
